Cresent Axe – Another type of Bronze Age axe, this axe was used by the Egyptians as well as the Phoenicians and Carthaginians. Its long, curved blade was a very effective cutting instrument and was used fairly often by Egyptian warriors. It is also depicted on early Egyptian art work.
